According to the LA Times' Hero Complex Blog, Christopher Nolan has confirmed that he is involved in both Batman 3 and the new Superman movie!  All the important characters from the previous Nolan Batman films will return, but the director is not saying which new villains we'll see in the final movie of his Batman trilogy. Jonathan Nolan and David Goyer are creating the story for Batman 3.  The final film is supposed to be an ending.  Does this mean the trilogy will end with Bruce Wayne retiring the Batman suit?  Or will Bruce instead continue to fight crime with a new Batmobile and Bat Cave? Once Nolan is done with Batman, he'll help in launching Superman.  Apparently, he wants the new Superman movie to stand on its own and not be a continuation of the previous Superman films.  I hope he does not make it dark because Superman is not Batman.  Visit Hero Complex to read more about this exciting movie news!
