p_smallville To those Smallville fans out there, season 9 premieres Friday tonight.  You heard that right a Friday.  Could this really mean the last season of Smallville?  It might be even though last season was a stellar season.  You may ask how can that be?  Well the likely hood of a show appearing on Fridays on a national network almost guarantees it to be cancelled.  Just look at Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. It moved from Monday's then moved all the way to Fridays.  Then guess what it was cancelled just when things were getting even better.  Dollhouse (I really don't give a damn about that show), but that was barely picked up. Now don't get me wrong,  there could be a season ten, but the way things are,  Fridays on a national network (other than wrestling and reruns) usually means it's over.  Come on,  Smallville and Supernatural was a great team.   What happened CW? Anyways, lets enjoy the start of what could possibly be it's last season.

For those that are still into Heroes, the show will premiere tonight.  It will be a 2 hour premiere.  Hopefully it will not disappoint.  Will it go back to the writing of the first season? Will we avoid a writer's strike?  Will this be the last season of Heroes.  Only if we all tune into the premiere. I just hope that it isn't boring.  From some articles that have been posted, it was saying the heroes are going back to how life was before they were being hunted.  They are just trying to fit in now.  God, I hope it isn't boring. Did I already say that.  Oh well. I really want to like this show again, but the last 2 seasons was such a letdown.  Hopefully, they can redeem themselves.  And if you're wondering, Chuck is not on tonight.

You a Smallville fan? Don't lie; we know you are one of the thousands who watched the show for the past 8 years gawking at Kristin Kreuk's pretty eyes. Well, if the new season nine promo trailer is any indication, I wouldn't be surprised if there's another 5 years of this show. Of course, that's not going to happen since it'll mean that Clark Kent will be 40 years old when he becomes Superman. In this season, Clark Kent finally earns enough money to buy new clothes and gets rid of his blue jeans, blue shirt, and the red dickies-like jacket. Apparently, our farm boy has taken a liking to Keanu Reeve's Neo character from The Matrix. We'll see Clark don a black trench coat to hide his secret identity as he fights injustice. Sadly, there's no sign of Lex in the preview. I guess we'll have to wait some more until Clark and Lex rekindle their man-love that they had from the old seasons. Watch the trailer below and tune to CW on September 25th for the new Smallville season: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CZnHsJkOSXc
